Ray Donovan is the Managing Director – Healthcare for ARJay & Associates. Ray has an extensive understanding of the health care industry and has worked with executive leadership across a wide range of hospitals and health systems, physician group practices and managed care organizations. Experienced in all elements of health care administration, Ray brings over 30 years of experience working in clinical, financial and healthcare operations.
Based on a deep understanding of his client’s needs and a clear focus on the steps that must be taken to achieve a successful hire, Ray delivers a slate of highly-qualified professionals for interview. His strong critical thinking, communication and client management skills contribute to successful, long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining the organization in 2016, Ray built a strong track record in the health care industry working in a variety of executive roles for health plans, hospitals and physician practices. He has been recognized for his expertise in candidate acquisition techniques as well as his strong leadership of high-performing recruitment teams.
Ray earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland and was a commissioned USAF Captain working in hospital administration.
Patrick Jones has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ARJay & Associates since September 1998. He has over two decades of executive search and consulting experience with a wide range of expertise. He has worked with many industry leaders conducting senior level management searches. Patrick and his team have successfully placed senior level vice presidents and general managers within companies such as Siemens Medical, General Electric, ABB, Mueller Water, Agilent, LG, Steelcase, and many other industry leaders.
Prior to joining ARJay & Associates, Patrick served in various capacities including sales, marketing, and national account management in managed care services and capital medical equipment focused on radiology, cardiology and women's healthcare.
Patrick earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia and is active in both the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS).
Our Team
Brian is the Executive Director of Business Development with ARJay & Associates. Brian attended Georgia College on a tennis scholarship but realized early on that he was an entrepreneur at heart. He opened an iconic women's shop which he operated and eventually sold after 20 years of success.
Brian then joined celebrated artist Steve Penley where he managed and drove all Business Development activities working with Fortune 500 companies & established industry leaders such as Coca Cola, FOX news, CBS news, Chick-Fil-A, University of Georgia, NCAA, as well as Southwest and Delta Airlines.
In 2015, Brian moved back to Athens to join ARJay and Associates where he has continued his success in Business Development working on both Domestic and International assignments.
Mike Lehmann joined ARJay and Associates in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mike had nearly two decades of proven success as a small business consultant with a heavy focus in Human Resources within the restaurant industry.
Mike was a Franchisee with Jersey Mike's Subs in Roswell, Georgia but then turned his focus in tour management while on the road with a Georgia Music Hall of Fame and International Touring act.
Mike has a BA in English, and serves as a Business Advisory Board Member for Bryan College.
Missy recently returned to ARJay & Associates where she spent time in her early career. She now conducts searches for medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and higher education. Missy brings over a decade of experience in executive search work to help find top talent for her clients.
Missy uses long-term relationships with her professional contacts to seek out the qualified individuals for the assignment; her list of clients include Fortune 1000 medical device, biotechnology and IT manufacturers.
Prior to re-joining ARJay & Associates, Missy worked for Greenwood/Asher, a nationally recognized executive search firm serving as a senior search consultant who led recruiting efforts for the positions of president and chancellor, vice president, department chairperson, associate vice president/development and fund-raising, MBA programs, as well as science and technology, nursing and physical therapy for higher education institutions.
Missy is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing.
Rebecca Alliston joined ARJay and Associates in 2017 as an Executive Search Consultant. Prior to joining the team, she had taken a break from the working world to stay at home with her children.
Rebecca's previous work history spans a multitude of areas, primarily focusing on sales and recruiting. Rebecca's attention to detail, relationship management and drive are at the core of her success in the executive search and consulting industry.
Rebecca graduated from The University of Georgia in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications.
